In this newsletter, we would like to present you a new product, which extends our self-adhesive sealing system BLANKE DISK and we would like to show you where we used the system. Furthermore, we'll introduce our new colleagues in Austria and give you an impression of our successful performance at the Cersaie trade fair in Bologna.

Innovation

We have extended our self-adhesive sealing system BLANKE DISK with new system mouldings! Today, we would like to introduce the new BLANKE DISK SOCKELTAPE, which is a supplement to partially tiled bathrooms and wet rooms.

This special tape is used wherever the floor, but not the wall, has to be sealed. Half of it is equipped with a fleece and the other half without a fleece and is laid on all internal and external edges between floor and wall. This means that the BLANKE DISK composite seal can be connected to the non-fleece surface. On the other hand, the laminated part of the tape ensures a force-fit connection between the substrate, the tile adhesive and the tile.

Profile

As from now our new member of staff, Mr. Helmut Kofler, supports us in Austria as technical sales representative. Helmut Kofler lives in the city of Villach. He is a trained construction technician. Since the year 2000 he works as representative in the construction sector.

Now being with us, he is in charge for the following Austrian areas: Styria, Carinthia, East Tyrol and Salzburg. He can be reached at site in case of any questions concerning products of BLANKE. During his free-time the sportive 51-aged likes jogging and other sports. His great passion is travelling.

We wish a good start to Mr. Kofler and are looking forward to the common co-operation.

News

From September 26th. until September 30th., 2016 with our own stand we attended the trade show Cersaie in Bologna. At this opportunity for the first time we have introduced our new appearance to a wide public. Of course the new brand image also reflects to the concept of the trade show. By the motto "at home at BLANKE" an inviting feel-good atmosphere was created – because many of the conclusive products made by BLANKE do find their use "at home" in the entire private living area.

Besides our product innovations 2016/2017 to numerous visitors we have presented an elegant live-mock up as being a shower cabin, in which we have shown the BLANKE systems perfectly matching to each other. Gladly we are looking forward to the next successful Cersaie!

BLANKE DISK, the safe, self-adhesive composite seal persuades all along the line. Because of this, the decision was not difficult, which water proofings to use in the wet rooms of our new company building. The unique system fits optimal to the work flow being usual at a construction site. It does not need any tile glue and immediately it can be walked-on as well as tiles can be layed on. Just strong, thin and for sure definite waterproof.
