Our bestseller of the month offers a worked out combination of functionality and aesthetic. The quadratically point drainage system BLANKE DISK-CUBE persuades with a shortable drainage housing. By this it is likely for built-in-height from 54 to 90 mm. The drainage of BLANKE DISK-CUBE optionally is available in a horizontal or vertical version. Both drainage versions are equiped with a factory-built-in self-adhesive sealing flange. Due to this the system guarantees highest security and durable density especially in the transition to the self-adhesive layer sealing BLANKE DISK. The frame of PVC can be adjusted to different floorings from 8 to 18 mm height.

BLANKE DISK-CUBE with its integrated hair sieve and a height adjustable siphon is powerful, flexible and practical. Drain capacity of the siphon: 30 l/min. While building-in, a screed protection cap offers two advantages: drainage is protected against dirt and in the same time the screed can be stripped off cleanly from the protection cap. The high-end design protection cap of brushed stainless steel gives a classy appearance. To seal the tube in a solid ceiling for the vertical drainage version we offer a fire protection sleeve as fire protection element according to DIN 4102-11 fire resistance classification R90.

Our likeable new associate Elfi Silbersiepe supports us as assistant in sales and business management since the beginning of the year. She is a trained foreign language correspondent in English and French and worked in sales and as assistant in business management for several years. She likes to spend the spare time with her family, friends and dog "Pepper".

Recently, our sales representatives were visiting Blanke for the quarterly conference. The different topics were discussed in theory and after that executed in practice.

Our national and international employees had time to test the BLANKE DISK in our technical area in the training and conference center.

Workshop

Shortly, we had a slightly different workshop at Blanke. The highly motivated participants were trainees of the companies Mayrose GmbH & Co. KG in Meppen, Fliesen Rahrbach in Lüdenscheid, Hubert Blechmann GmbH & Co. KG in Wipperfürth and Wackertapp GmbH in Euskirchen.

At the beginning of the event, the group started with theoretical work, which was about trims for wall, floor and counter top tile applications. The uncoupling mat BLANKE PERMAT was also discussed. "What does decoupling mean? How does it work? And why do you need it?" These are only a few of the topics the trainees were interested in. The self-sealing BLANKE DISK has also been applied in practice and the participants had the possibility to test the system. The new stainless steel drainage channel BLANKE DISK-LINE and its advantages compared to conventional drainage channels were also a topic. Altogether, it was a nice workshop with very interested and open-minded participants!
